目的:了解某三级甲等医院临床实习护生护患沟通能力的现状。方法随机抽取潍坊市某三级甲等医院200名护理专业临床实习生,采用一般资料问卷和护患沟通能力评价量表,并结合访谈法对其护患沟通能力进行调查。结果护生护患沟通总得分为(141.46±14.93),沟通能力在中等以上,得分最高的是收集信息,得分最低的是给与信息;在沟通技巧方面,本科生强于大专生,中专生最低;男生沟通能力低于女生;年龄大的比年龄小的护生沟通能力好;影响护生护患沟通的原因有护生、患者、医院三方面的因素。结论医学院校应从教育者以及护生自身出发,增强临床实习护生护患沟通的意识与能力,加强临床带教老师对护生沟通意识与技巧的培训。

목적:료해모삼급갑등의원림상실습호생호환구통능력적현상。방법수궤추취유방시모삼급갑등의원200명호리전업림상실습생,채용일반자료문권화호환구통능력평개량표,병결합방담법대기호환구통능력진행조사。결과호생호환구통총득분위(141.46±14.93),구통능력재중등이상,득분최고적시수집신식,득분최저적시급여신식;재구통기교방면,본과생강우대전생,중전생최저;남생구통능력저우녀생;년령대적비년령소적호생구통능력호;영향호생호환구통적원인유호생、환자、의원삼방면적인소。결론의학원교응종교육자이급호생자신출발,증강림상실습호생호환구통적의식여능력,가강림상대교로사대호생구통의식여기교적배훈。
Objective: To investigate the ability of nurse -patient communication in 3A -level hospitals . Methods:Totally 200 nursing clinical interns in 3A-level hospitals of Shan Dong were evaluated their communi-cative ability with their patients by Random sampling .Results: The average score of nurse -patient communica-tion ability was(141.46 ±14.93).The ability to communicate in moderate or above , is to gather information, with the highest scores is the lowest mark give information;In terms of communication skills , stronger than undergradu-ate college students , secondary specialized school students′minimum; male students′communication ability were lower than girls;older than the age of nursing students communication skills;affect nursing students communication reasons a student nurse , nurse , patient , hospital three factors .Conclusion: Medical colleges of educators and nursing students should strengthen awareness of nurse -patient communication and improve communication skills . Clinical teachers should pay attention to nursing students′communication skills and teaching skills of application .
