利用ANSYS对GIS四通母线进行有限元应力分析,在设计压力0.6MPa下,对壳体应力集中部位进行应力等效线性化处理,确定合理的等效线性化路径,提取出等效线性化路径上的薄膜应力、弯曲应力等数据进行应力强度评定,对GIS母线壳体开大孔、有支筒体的结构设计时,有一定的参考价值。
利用ANSYS對GIS四通母線進行有限元應力分析,在設計壓力0.6MPa下,對殼體應力集中部位進行應力等效線性化處理,確定閤理的等效線性化路徑,提取齣等效線性化路徑上的薄膜應力、彎麯應力等數據進行應力彊度評定,對GIS母線殼體開大孔、有支筒體的結構設計時,有一定的參攷價值。
이용ANSYS대GIS사통모선진행유한원응력분석,재설계압력0.6MPa하,대각체응력집중부위진행응력등효선성화처리,학정합리적등효선성화로경,제취출등효선성화로경상적박막응력、만곡응력등수거진행응력강도평정,대GIS모선각체개대공、유지통체적결구설계시,유일정적삼고개치。
Finite element stress analysis was carried out on the GIS four bus with ANSYS. Under the designed stress of 0.6MPa,the stress concentration parts of the shell was treated with stress equivalent linearization to determine the reasonable equivalent linearization route, and the stress intensity was evaluated by extracting the data of film stress and bending stress in this route. The structure of GIS bus was designed with a big hole opened in the shell with a branched tube, which has certain reference.
