本文分析了轴承套圈双端面磨削中贯穿式、往复式、立式磨削存在的问题,重点介绍了切入式双端面数控轴承磨床的磨削原理、套圈旋转、砂轮修整、机床调整和维护等,实践证明,切入式双端面数控磨削能够有效降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
本文分析瞭軸承套圈雙耑麵磨削中貫穿式、往複式、立式磨削存在的問題,重點介紹瞭切入式雙耑麵數控軸承磨床的磨削原理、套圈鏇轉、砂輪脩整、機床調整和維護等,實踐證明,切入式雙耑麵數控磨削能夠有效降低生產成本,提高生產效率。

This paper analyzed the problems of grinding through double-acting, reciprocating, vertical grinding in the bearing ring,mainly introduced the grinding principles,ferrule rotation, dresser, machine adjustment and maintenan?ceof plunge double disc surface CNC bearing machine. Practice shows that plunge double disc surface CNC grinding has achieved good results in reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
