本文利用Pro/E建立实体模型,然后导入多刚体动力学软件ADAMS,建立虚拟样机模型进行仿真研究。探究了弹簧支撑在轴向和横向刚度的取值分配关系,确定了最优分配关系下改变弹簧支撑在竖直方向上的位置,利用ADAMS仿真出弹簧支撑在竖直方向上不同位置时筛体质心的位移曲线,并与原模型进行对比。为解决振动筛整体强度的最薄弱部位--连接弹簧与筛体的支座加强筋处提供优化方向,从而为振动清理筛结构优化设计提供依据。

본문이용Pro/E건립실체모형,연후도입다강체동역학연건ADAMS,건립허의양궤모형진행방진연구。탐구료탄황지탱재축향화횡향강도적취치분배관계,학정료최우분배관계하개변탄황지탱재수직방향상적위치,이용ADAMS방진출탄황지탱재수직방향상불동위치시사체질심적위이곡선,병여원모형진행대비。위해결진동사정체강도적최박약부위--련접탄황여사체적지좌가강근처제공우화방향,종이위진동청리사결구우화설계제공의거。
This paper used the Pro/E to establish the entity model, then imported the multi-rigid-body dynamics soft?ware ADAMS and established the virtual prototype model for the simulation research. It explored the value distribu?tion of the spring support in axial and transverse stiffness, under the relationship of optimal assignment, determined the changethe position of the spring support on the vertical direction. By using the ADAMS to simulate the displace?ment curve of sieve centroid when spring support in different locations on the vertical direction,and then compared with the original model.Provide optimization direction by solving the weakest parts of the sieve which connected to the spring and the screen body bearing stiffeners, thus providing the basis for optimum structural design of vibration cleaning sieve.
