全世界大约有3.47亿糖尿病患者。生活方式与2型糖尿病的发生、发展息息相关，而饮酒是人们日常生活中比较普遍的生活行为，国内外学者做了大量的研究来了解饮酒与2型糖尿病之间的关系。本文对饮酒的剂量、类型与2型糖尿病的关系及其潜在的作用机制进行综述，进一步了解饮酒对2型糖尿病的发病率、大血管并发症、微血管并发症、认知功能、并发肝癌的影响及潜在机制，使患者对饮酒能有理性认识，为患者提供一个科学的饮酒方式。

There are approximately 347 million people with diabetes in the world.Lifestyle is closely correlated with the occurrence of type 2 diabetes, and alcohol drinking is common in daily life.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of researches to understand the relationship between alcohol drinking and diabetes .In this paper , a review was made about the relationship between the type and amount of drinking and diabetes and also about the potential mechanism .The influence of alcohol drinking on the incidence of type 2 diabetes , the complications of great vessels and capillaries , cognitive function and liver cancer as complication were further studied , so as to promote the rational understanding of drinkers about alcohol drinking and provide a scientific way of drinking for them.
