The nature of Public welfare of vocational education is one of the basic attribute of its own, and it is also the important value and significance of the existence of vocational education. The forms of realization of public welfare of vocational education in Germany, America, England and Australia are diverse due to the differences of social system, development of economy, and the advances of vocational education in these countries. Generally, it is necessary that in order to carry out the public welfare of vocational education we need to put vocational education as state policy and strategy, reinforce the construction of legal system, establish state standard for vocational education, improve the construction of modern vocational education, and stimulate the potential of vocational education coordinately.
