从医患双方的不同视角出发，对医患沟通产生冲突的原因进行了分析，并从主观和客观、历史与现实、个体与社会等方面对良好医患沟通的制约因素进行阐述，并且提出了增强主动意识、规范制度执行、实现全程覆盖、探索标准模式、丰富多元途径等解决对策。
