根据餐饮行业餐厨垃圾的性状特点，设计了采用PLC控制方式的餐厨垃圾处理机，能够在短时间内有效进行餐厨垃圾中有机物的无害化处理、固态物分离、油脂提取和处理物回收利用，不污染环境。

In this paper, according to the characters and features of kitchen waste in restaurant industry, the kitchen waste processor R&D by PLC control method can conduct the bio-safety disposal of organic matter from the kitchen waste effectively in a short time and implement many functions, the solids separation, sterilization, oil extraction, recycling, not polluting the environment, etc. It solves the processing problem of kitchen waste very well in restaurant industry and makes up for the deficiency of the similar products in the market.
