瞬时测频接收机作为雷达侦查接收机的一个重要组成部分,担任着检测雷达载波信号频率的重要任务,接收机只要获取了雷达载波信号频率,就可以成功地避免敌方雷达的干扰并实施反干扰,在电子战等应用中具有很好的发展前途。设计研究了宽带瞬时测频接收机中的基于LTCC/D工艺的2~6 GHz相关器。经测试,该相关器的幅度一致性及高低温特性优于传统相关器,显示了LTCC/D工艺的优势。

Instantaneous frenquency measurement is an important part of radar receiver, it takes on detecting the carrier frequency of radar. As long as access to the radar carrier frequency, enemy radar interference can be successfully avoided and anti-interference can be implemented. Therefore, this receiver in broadband instantaneous frequency measurement ifeld has broad application prospects. Study the design of 2~6 GHz correlator based on LTCC/D technology of broadband instantaneous frequency measurement receiver, Its better properties of amplitude consistency and temperature stability than traditional correlator reveal the advantages of LTCC/D technology.
