基于以往对 P2P 网络借贷研究资料的分析，界定了“P2P 网络借贷平台”的涵义，阐述了其特征。对 P2P 网络借贷平台的类型做出分类并分别给出其盈利模式，详细分析了平台的收支结构。大多数 P2P 平台不盈利的主要原因是：平台搭建前期投入多与常规收入不匹配；征信水平低使平台从业工作人员偏高；坏账垫付成本高与风控技术差等。

Based on the analyses of the previous research on P2P lending,defining the meaning of network platform lending P2P and expounds its characteristics.Classifying the types of the P2P lending platform and gives its profit model,respectively.Ana-lyzed the balance structure of the platform,the main reason that most of the P2P platform is the unprofitable is as follow:Firstly, Platform building upfront costs much does not match with regular income;Secondly,The low level of reference to raise the platform working personnel is on the high side;the last bad debts paid high cost and poor control technology of the wind.
