目的:研究蒙药益肾散和保肾散联合用药的的抗炎作用及其急性毒性.方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及鸡蛋清致大鼠足肿胀的方法,观察其抗炎作用;对益肾散和保肾散进行最大耐受量试验.结果:益肾散和保肾散联合用药中、高剂量均能明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05).低剂量能显著减少致炎后0.5h,1h,2h大鼠足肿胀(P<0.05),中剂量能显著减少致炎后0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h大鼠足肿胀(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量能显著减少致炎后0.5h,1h大鼠足肿胀(P<0.05).益肾散最大耐受量是成人临床用量的288倍,保肾散为369倍.结论:益肾散和保肾散联合用药具有抗炎作用,该两种药均无急性毒性.
目的:研究矇藥益腎散和保腎散聯閤用藥的的抗炎作用及其急性毒性.方法:採用二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹及鷄蛋清緻大鼠足腫脹的方法,觀察其抗炎作用;對益腎散和保腎散進行最大耐受量試驗.結果:益腎散和保腎散聯閤用藥中、高劑量均能明顯減輕二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹(P<0.05).低劑量能顯著減少緻炎後0.5h,1h,2h大鼠足腫脹(P<0.05),中劑量能顯著減少緻炎後0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h大鼠足腫脹(P<0.05,P<0.01),高劑量能顯著減少緻炎後0.5h,1h大鼠足腫脹(P<0.05).益腎散最大耐受量是成人臨床用量的288倍,保腎散為369倍.結論:益腎散和保腎散聯閤用藥具有抗炎作用,該兩種藥均無急性毒性.
목적:연구몽약익신산화보신산연합용약적적항염작용급기급성독성.방법:채용이갑분치소서이곽종창급계단청치대서족종창적방법,관찰기항염작용;대익신산화보신산진행최대내수량시험.결과:익신산화보신산연합용약중、고제량균능명현감경이갑분치소서이곽종창(P<0.05).저제량능현저감소치염후0.5h,1h,2h대서족종창(P<0.05),중제량능현저감소치염후0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h대서족종창(P<0.05,P<0.01),고제량능현저감소치염후0.5h,1h대서족종창(P<0.05).익신산최대내수량시성인림상용량적288배,보신산위369배.결론:익신산화보신산연합용약구유항염작용,해량충약균무급성독성.
Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effect and acute toxicity of combination of Yishen powder(Y) and Baoshen powder(B). Methods:The mouse auricle swelling was induced by xylene and the rat foot swelling was induced by egg-white, they were orally given Y combined with B, the anti-inflammation effects of the two drugs were observed, and the acute toxicity of the two drugs were checked by the maximal tolerance dose test. Results:The me-dium dose and high dose of Y and B could significantly reduce xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling;low-dose of Y and B could significantly reduce rat foot swelling after egg white-induced inflammation 0.5h, 1h, 2h(P<0.05), the medium dose could significantly reduce rats foot swelling after inflammation 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h(P<0.05, P<0.01), the high doses could significantly reduce rats foot swelling after inflammation 0.5h, 1h(P<0.05). The maxi-mal tolerance dose of Y was 288 times of clinical adult dosage, of B was 369 times of clinical adult dosage. Conclu-sion:Combination of Y and B has a significant anti-inflammatory effect and has no significant acute toxicity.
