以液体石蜡模拟矿物润滑油基础油,考察羟乙基咪唑啉作为润滑油生物降解促进剂对液体石蜡生物降解性、抗磨减摩性、热稳定性、抗腐蚀性、防锈性的影响。结果表明:羟乙基咪唑啉可显著提高液体石蜡的生物降解性,其原因是羟乙基咪唑啉降低了油/水界面张力和加速了微生物生长;羟乙基咪唑啉还可在一定程度上改善液体石蜡的抗磨减摩性、抗腐蚀性和防锈性,且对液体石蜡热稳定性影响不大。
以液體石蠟模擬礦物潤滑油基礎油,攷察羥乙基咪唑啉作為潤滑油生物降解促進劑對液體石蠟生物降解性、抗磨減摩性、熱穩定性、抗腐蝕性、防鏽性的影響。結果錶明:羥乙基咪唑啉可顯著提高液體石蠟的生物降解性,其原因是羥乙基咪唑啉降低瞭油/水界麵張力和加速瞭微生物生長;羥乙基咪唑啉還可在一定程度上改善液體石蠟的抗磨減摩性、抗腐蝕性和防鏽性,且對液體石蠟熱穩定性影響不大。
이액체석사모의광물윤활유기출유,고찰간을기미서람작위윤활유생물강해촉진제대액체석사생물강해성、항마감마성、열은정성、항부식성、방수성적영향。결과표명:간을기미서람가현저제고액체석사적생물강해성,기원인시간을기미서람강저료유/수계면장력화가속료미생물생장;간을기미서람환가재일정정도상개선액체석사적항마감마성、항부식성화방수성,차대액체석사열은정성영향불대。
The biodegradability,lubricity,anti?wear and friction reduction properties,thermo?stability,anti?corrosion and anti?rust properties of liquid paraffin were investigated with hydroxyl imidazoline ( HIZ ) as lubricating oils biodegradation promoter.The results indicate that the HIZ as biodegradation accelerant can enhance the biodegradability of liquid paraffin effectively,it is because the HIZ can decrease the oil?water interfacial tensions and accelerate microbial growth.HIZ can al?so improve the friction reducing property,anti?corrosion and anti?rust property of liquid paraffin in a certain degree,and is almost unaffected to the thermo?stability of liquid paraffin.
