禽流感的爆发不仅对人类生命安全构成重大威胁，还重创了家禽产业，引起了国内外学者的高度关注。从禽流感的概念、演变、传导机制以及禽流感监管技术体系4个方面回顾了国内外研究，最后对以上研究作出评述，并指出未来研究可能的发展方向。

The outbreak of avian influenza is not only a major threat to human life safety,but also a big hit to the poultry industries,which raise the attention of scholars both at home and abroad.This article reviews the related research from con-cept,evolution,transmission mechanism to the supervision technology of avian influenza,comprehensively reviews all the stating research,and points out the possible development of future research.
