在高频压摆摩擦磨损试验机上对自润滑关节轴承衬垫材料进行摩擦学性能研究,探讨不同试验条件下的摩擦温度变化特性。结果表明:载荷一定时,摩擦温度随频率的增加而增加;与其他载荷范围不同,衬垫材料在15~20 MPa载荷范围内的摩擦温度出现降低趋势,表明在该载荷范围内转移膜状态稳定,润滑性能提高。磨屑的显微分析结果表明:摩擦温度对磨屑的大小及组成成分具有决定性影响,摩擦温度越高,产生的磨屑形状越大,增强纤维含量越高,即磨损越严重。通过载荷、频率、摩擦温度的关系图得到摩擦温度等值线图,分析衬垫在不同PV值下的摩擦温度变化趋势,为不同工况下衬垫的选择及其寿命评估提供参考。

The tribological performance of self?lubricating liner material of spherical bearings was studied on the high?speed tribo?tester.The friction temperature changing characteristics were discussed in different conditions of experiments. The results show that in a fixed load,the friction temperature is increased along with the frequency increasing.As different from other range of loads,the friction temperature of linear material shows a decreasing tendency at the load of 5~15 MPa, which shows that in this range of load,the state of transition film is stable and lubrication performance is improved.The re?sults of the microscopic analysis of wear debris show that the friction temperature has a decisive influence on the size and composition of the wear debris,the higher the temperature is,the greater shape of the wear debris,and the greater fiber contents,the more serious is the wear.According to the relationship drawings of load,frequency and friction temperature, the contour drawing of friction temperature was obtained,and the changing tendency of friction temperature of the linear in different PV values was analyzed,which provided the reference for the liner selection and life assessment in different work?ing conditions.
