目的：探讨集束化管理在预防神经外科患者非计划拔管中的应用效果。方法：将2012年7月～2013年6月留置管道患者316例作为对照组，采用神经外科管道的常规护理；将2013年7月～2014年6月留置管道患者350例作为试验组，采用集束化管理策略进行安全管理。比较两组非计划拔管的发生情况。结果：对照组发生非计划拔管31例，试验组发生9例，两组比较有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：集束化管理策略可有效地预防神经外科非计划拔管，降低管道护理风险，提高护理人员安全意识。
목적：탐토집속화관리재예방신경외과환자비계화발관중적응용효과。방법：장2012년7월～2013년6월류치관도환자316례작위대조조，채용신경외과관도적상규호리；장2013년7월～2014년6월류치관도환자350례작위시험조，채용집속화관리책략진행안전관리。비교량조비계화발관적발생정황。결과：대조조발생비계화발관31례，시험조발생9례，량조비교유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：집속화관리책략가유효지예방신경외과비계화발관，강저관도호리풍험，제고호리인원안전의식。
Objective:To explore the effect of the cluster management strategy in the prevention of neurosurgery patients unplanned extubation ( UEX ) . Methods:In July 2012-June 2013 patients indwelling tube 316 cases as control group,to use neurosurgery pipeline routine nursing,and in July 2013-June 2014 patients indwelling tube 350 cases as treatment group,received cluster management strategy to improve the safety management.To compare the inci-dence rate of two groups of unplanned extubation.Results:Unplanned extubation 31 cases of control group and 9 cases of experimental group,the rate differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster management strategy can effectively prevent unplanned extubation neurosurgery,reduce pipeline nursing risks,and improve nursing staff safety awareness.
