职业认同是指个体在内心中认为所从事的职业有价值、有意义,并能够从中找到乐趣。调查显示:天津市高职学生职业认同总体状况良好,处于中上水平。职业认同在年级因素上有显著差异,在性别、生源因素上不存在显著差异;高职学生专业认同、自我认同及职业生涯规划等因素对其职业认同有显著影响。高职院校要加快人才培养改革,以专业认同培养为基础,以加强职业生涯规划教育为路径,培养学生的职业认同;高职学生要增强自我认同,积极探索职业世界,促进自身职业认同发展。

Career identity refers to that the individuals consider their occupations valuable and meaningful in their inner world and be able to have fun. Survey results show that the general situation of career identity of higher vocational students in Tianjin is good, being above average. There exists significant differences on the grade of career identity while no significant difference in gender and source. Higher vocational students’ professional identity, self-identity and career planning factors have significant impacts on their career identity. Effective suggestions are proposed that higher vocational colleges should accelerate the reform of personnel training to train students’ occupation identity by enhancing students’ career planning education based on the training of professional identity, while higher vocational students must enhance self-identity, and actively explore the professional world to promote their career identity development.
