借鉴研究生的培养模式和发展机制，为本科生配备导师，建立完善的本科生导师制度能够促进学生知识与能力的综合发展。在分析新时期本科生导师制度基本要求的基础上，依据建构主义教育哲学，提出了本科生导师模式的两点基本教育原则：一是注重教育的科学性和思想性，二是注重知识与能力的综合培养。以学生为主体，通过师生交流、培养主动学习能力等方式，践行素质教育理念，有效提高高校的人才培养质量，推进高校内涵式发展。

Learning from the training mode and development mechanism of graduate students, we arranged tutors for under-graduate students, as the establishment of a complete tutorial system for undergraduate students can promote students' com-prehensive development in both knowledge and ability. Based on the analysis of the basic requirements of the tutorial system for undergraduate students in the new period, according to the edu-cational philosophy of constructivism, we put forward two basic education principles for the tutorial system for undergraduate students, that is, paying attention to scientific and meaningful ed-ucation, and paying attention to the comprehensive cultivation of knowledge and ability. Taking students as the main part, through teacher-student exchange and the cultivation of the ability of ac-tive learning, we carried out the concept of quality education, in order to effectively improve the quality of talent training in col-leges and universities, and promote the development of the con-notation of colleges and universities.
