为研究?30 mm装药的聚能射流对屏蔽B炸药的冲击起爆问题,采用非线性有限元LS ̄DYNA程序数值模拟了聚能射流形成、侵彻及冲击引爆屏蔽B炸药作用过程,得到了射流穿过50~75 mm不同厚度屏蔽钢板的速度、直径以及侵入炸药界面的射流能量值,得到引爆B炸药的临界屏蔽板厚度,计算获得该聚能射流临界起爆速度。最后通过试验对数值计算的B炸药起爆特性进行了验证,试验结果与计算符合较好。研究证明,?30 mm装药的聚能射流对屏蔽B炸药的临界引爆屏蔽板厚度为70 mm,可用于反导战斗部毁伤目标。

To study the property of shielded composition B initiated by a ?30mm shaped charge jet, the numerical simulation for the process of shaped charge jet formation, penetrating and shock initiating the shielded composition B was studied by means of nonlinear finite element analysis software LS ̄DYNA. The parameters, such as jet velocity, diameter and impact energy through the different shield steel plates in the thickness of 50 ̄75mm were obtained. Also, the critical in ̄itiation thickness of shaped charge jet to shielded composition B was obtained, and the critical velocity of jet impacting initi ̄ation shielded composition B was calculated. These calculation results were examined by a series of tests. It concludes that the calculation results are in agreement with the experimental ones, and the critical initiation thickness of shaped charge jet with a charge diameter of 30mm to shield composition B is 70mm, which could be applied to anti ̄missile warhead in the fu ̄ture.
