目的:整合不同临床科室的科研随访需求,开发出可自定义设计的信息系统,通过该系统各专科医生可快速自行设计随访模板,并通过设计好的随访模板实现随访工作质量的提高及科研数据库的建设.方法:收集多份来自不同科室不同病种的随访方案,从这些方案中整理出共性的需求,结合各专科医生的反馈,设计出可供全院使用的多病种科研随访信息系统;系统采用B/S结构,SSH框架,Mysql数据库,具有统计分析模块帮助医生快捷分析数据.结果:设计完成的系统可满足各临床专科使用,新病种的随访模板能快捷建立,通过本系统设计的随访模板医生应用体验良好.结论:自定义型的多病种科研随访系统能支持到医院不同科室的科研随访工作,建立专科医疗随访数据库,从而提高医院整体的随访及科研质量.

Objective: To develop a self defined information system by integrating demands of different clinical departments on follow up for scientific study. Specialty physicians could use this system to quickly and autonomously design follow up module, by using the designed follow up module, they can improve follow up quality and establish scientific database. Methods: Multiple follow up regimens were collected from different departments to summarize the joint demand from these regimens. By combining feedbacks from different specialists, follow up information system could be designed for multiple diseases for the whole hospital. The system adopted B/S structure, SSH frame, Myspl database, and contained a statistical analysis module to help doctors to quickly analyze data. Results: The designed system could meet requirements of different clinical departments. The follow up module could be established for follow up of new diseases. Doctors had good experiences for follow up module designed by using this system. Conclusion: The self defined follow up system for multiple diseases can support follow up for scientific studies in different departments in hospital. It can help to establish a follow up database for medical therapies in different departments, to improve follow up and scientific study quality for the whole hospital.
