由于偏远山区无信号,导致部分发电厂电量信息无法采集,为实现浙江省内电量信息全覆盖,采用北斗卫星短信功能进行电量信号传输,对卫星通信传输方案可行性进行深入分析。研究表明,电量信号传输方案可解决偏远山区无公网信号覆盖的发电厂电量数据采集难题。

Due to lack of signal in remote areas, electric energy information of some power plants can not be collected. In order to fulfill overall coverage of electric energy information in Zhejiang province, message function of Beidou satellite is employed for electric signal energy transmission. The paper conducts an in-depth feasibility analysis on electric energy signal transmission scheme based on satellite communication. The research shows that this scheme can solve the difficulty of electric energy information acquisition in remote rural power plants without coverage of public communication networks.
