基于耦合理论构建分析我国技术进步和环境耦合发展的模型和指标体系。通过实证研究发现,从时间维度上看,2008—2012年我国技术进步与环境2个子系统的持续发展度由低度协调向中度协调、再向高度协调发展跳跃。从截面数据实证结果来看,我国绝大多数省(区、市)的技术进步环境偏向效应还太显著,技术进步总体尚未与环境形成长期的相互促进关系,两者的协同机制仍需改善优化。按东部、中部和西部划分,全国技术进步与环境耦合呈“东西较高,中部塌陷”的格局。

Based on the coupling theory,this paper constructs the system and model to analyze the coupling relationship between technical progress and environment.Through empirical study,this paper concludes that from the perspective of time,the degree of the coordination has achieved from low harmony to moderate coordination,then jumped to high -level coordination.The empirical results from cross -sectional data show that the environmental bias effect of technical progress is not significant for most of the provinces.Overall,there is no long -term mutual promotion relationship between technical progress and environment.Having devised the central,western and eastern for these provinces,this paper finds the pattern that “the western and eastern areas have better technological progress and higher coupling degree with the environment, while central area is lagging behind”;there is close relationship between the current space layout of industrial transfer and industrial structure.
