目的：探讨新型3 H护理服务模式在儿科优质护理服务病区中的应用效果。方法：将2013年1～3月实施优质护理服务的55例患儿作为对照组，将2013年4～6月实施新型3 H护理模式的55例患儿作为观察组。比较两组护患纠纷发生率以及患儿家属满意度。结果：观察组实施新型3 H护理服务模式后护患纠纷发生少于对照组，满意度优于对照组，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：新型3H护理服务模式可降低护患纠纷的发生，提高患儿及家属的满意度，有利于促进患者尽快康复，提高护理质量。

목적：탐토신형3 H호리복무모식재인과우질호리복무병구중적응용효과。방법：장2013년1～3월실시우질호리복무적55례환인작위대조조，장2013년4～6월실시신형3 H호리모식적55례환인작위관찰조。비교량조호환규분발생솔이급환인가속만의도。결과：관찰조실시신형3 H호리복무모식후호환규분발생소우대조조，만의도우우대조조，량조비교차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：신형3H호리복무모식가강저호환규분적발생，제고환인급가속적만의도，유리우촉진환자진쾌강복，제고호리질량。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of new 3H service used in the pediatric quality care ward.Methods:In our hospital from January -March 2013 fo 55 children patients as the contral group with high quality care.55 patients from April-June 2013 as observation group,and they application of a new type of 3H nursing service mode.The nurse-patient dispute rate and patient satisfaction data were ompared.Results:After implementation of a new 3H nursing service mode,the child's family satisfaction was higher than contral group(P<0.05),nurse patient dispute rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of a new 3H nursing service mode in pediatric patients,can significantly improve the quality of care,re-duce the incidence of nurse patient disputes,is conducive to the promotion of the patients recover quickly,having great popularization and application value.
