Objective: Construction of a medical big data platform to solve the medical use of vast amounts of heterogeneous data. Methods: A method for building a medical Big Data platform based on metadata file storage that has data extraction, migration, crawling and search engine modules is proposed and practiced. Results: This platform than the traditional data processing method is faster, more flexible expansion, higher stability, lower cost. Conclusion: The medical big data platform can bring innovative management and application of medical data.
