目的:探讨江苏省人民医院一卡通系统的建设及应用.方法:通过介绍一卡通系统的实施过程以及系统总体架构、关键技术和安全策略,探讨一卡通系统在医院的应用.结果:一卡通系统的建设已经用于门禁管理、考勤管理、停车管理、餐饮消费管理等,给病人和医院职工提供便捷的服务,同时最大限度地减少人力成本和时间成本,提高医院管理效率.结论:一卡通系统的建设涉及到全院各个部门, 需要人事、财会、技术、后勤等各个部门的通力合作;一卡通系统影响面广泛,系统建设过程中对网络稳定性、安全性有特别高的要求,系统设计需加强安全防护.

Objective: This paper discusses the construction and application of the smart card management system in Jiangsu Province Hospital. Methods: Through introducing the implementation, architecture, key technology and security policy of the system, the application of card system in hospital is discussed. Results: The smart card system has been used in the field of access control, attendance management, parking management, food and beverage management. It provides patients and hospital staff convenient services, while minimizing labor costs and time costs, and improving the efficiency of hospital management. Conclusion: The building of smart card system involves various hospital departments, the departments of personnel, accounting, information technology, logistics and so on need to work together to construct the system. Since the system has widespread impact on hospital normal operation, the system construction has a particularly high requirements of network stability and security requirements, Information security is the key technology.
