通过差示扫描量热法( DSC)测定了不同比例Al ̄RDX混合炸药的热分解过程,分别获得不同升温速率下的热分解峰温。根据Kissinger方程计算了不同比例Al ̄RDX混合炸药热分解的表观活化能和指前因子,研究了不同比例Al ̄RDX对其混合炸药热分解表观活化能Ea 的影响。结果表明:随着Al ̄RDX比例的逐渐变化,热分解活化能Ea 先下降后升高。从理论上导出了符合试验结果描述的热分解活化能Ea与Al ̄RDX比例的关系式。同时,发现不同比例Al ̄RDX混合炸药的热分解活化能Ea 与指前因子的对数lnA之间存在着动力学补偿效应。

[ ABSTRACT] The decomposition of different proportions of Al ̄RDX hybrid explosives were determined by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) , and the decomposition kinetic parameters( Ea and lnA) were calculated by means of Kissin ̄ger equation. The effects of Al ̄RDX ratio on the thermal decomposition activation energy Ea were studied. The results indi ̄cate that after initial decline the Ea values tend to rise with the decreasing of Al ̄RDX ratio. A good relation, which is in agreement with experiment results and can represent the correlation of Ea with the mass ration of Al ̄RDX, is derived from theory. Additionally, it is found that a compensation effect exits between the DSC decomposition kinetic parameters ( lnA and Ea ) for all the Al ̄RDX samples.
