采用线性组合算符、么正变换和量子统计理论方法研究了非对称RbCl量子点中强耦合极化子振动频率的温度效应。导出了极化子振动频率随横向和纵向有效受限强度以及温度的变化关系。选择RbCl晶体进行数值计算,结果表明:振动频率随横向和纵向有效受限强度增加而增加,随温度的升高而增大。
採用線性組閤算符、麽正變換和量子統計理論方法研究瞭非對稱RbCl量子點中彊耦閤極化子振動頻率的溫度效應。導齣瞭極化子振動頻率隨橫嚮和縱嚮有效受限彊度以及溫度的變化關繫。選擇RbCl晶體進行數值計算,結果錶明:振動頻率隨橫嚮和縱嚮有效受限彊度增加而增加,隨溫度的升高而增大。

The temperature effect on vibration frequency of strong-coupling polaron in an asymmetry RbCl quantum dot are studied by using an linear combination operator, quantum statistics theory and unitary transformation meth-ods. The relations of polaron’s vibration frequency with the horizontal and vertical effective confinement strength and temperature are studied by us. Selecting RbCl quantum dot, numerical calculations are performed and the results show that the vibrational frequency will increase with increasing the horizontal and vertical effective confinement strength and temperature.
