随着信息技术的发展,医院的信息化正在逐步完善.但在患者就诊具体过程中,目前医院广泛使用的仍是叫号或预约方式,这些方法改善了以往医院就诊顺序混乱的情况.但在医生下达医嘱与患者进行检查过程中,仍存在一些问题使患者就诊等候时间大大增加,如在大量人员候诊时不能及时将患者分配到相对较空闲的检查室,造成候诊队伍的拥挤与检查室资源的浪费,尤其对眼科这类检查项目种类较多的科室.在参考国内外在分流系统的应用实例基础上,针对上述患者候诊时间过长问题,设计了一个用于眼科检查分流的智能决策支持系统,对医院眼科检查项目的人群进行分流管理.该系统能够有效地对眼科检查患者进行分流管理,使病人在最短时间内完成检查,最大化地有效利用检查室资源,提高医院工作人员的效率,降低工作人员的负担,改善医院候诊环境.

Along with the development of information technology, the informatization of hospital is going further. During the process of diagnose, hospital currently uses Calling or Booking System to manage patients' treatment order, such kind of management improves the terrible situation of those jumbled queue. However, between the process of doctors giving medical advice and patients examined, there still exist some problems which will lead to the increase of examination time, especially in department such as ophthalmology, due to the numerous numbers of examinations and visits. In this paper, after referring to different triage systems with medical using of both domestic and foreign hospitals, an intelligent decision support system is designed to manage the triage of ocular examination, in order to solve the problems above. This system can accurately manage patients waiting for eye examination and shorten their waiting time, efficiently make for use of all examination sources, improve working efficiency of all staff and patients' waiting environment, and also reduce the burden on the staff.
