运用CFD模拟软件中的多相流模型、 SST湍流模型求解Navier?Stokes 方程,研究三油楔滑动轴承的油膜特性。建立三油楔滑动轴承的几何模型,通过合理的网格划分,采用CFD软件计算分析三油楔滑动轴承中3个油楔内润滑油的油膜特性及其气穴分布特点,研究转速、润滑油黏度对润滑油气化的影响,并与未考虑两相流的三油楔轴承的油膜特性进行对比分析。结果表明:两相流模型更能真实反映实际的油膜特征;转速高、润滑油黏度大越容易产生气化现象;黏度对主承载区的影响较大,而转速对非主承载区的影响较大。

By using the multiphase flow model and the SST turbulence model of CFD simulation software to solving Navier?Stokes equation,oil film characteristics of three oil wedges bearing were studied.A physical model of three oil wed?ges bearing was built.By meshing reasonable grids and using CFD simulation software,the oil film characteristics and cavi?tation distribution characteristics of the lubrication oil in the three oil wedges of three oil wedges sliding bearing were ana?lyzed and calculated,and the influence of rotational speed and viscosity on the lubricating oil cavitation was studied.The oil film characteristics obtained with two?phase flow model were compared with those obtained with single phase flow model. The results show that two phase flow model can better reflect the actual oil film characteristics.The oil cavitation phenome?non is easily promoted at high rotational speed of bearing and viscosity of lubricating oil.Viscosity has a greater influence on the primary load bearing field,but rotational speed has a greater influence on the other load bearing fields.
