目的：探讨远程医疗多媒体系统在膝关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法：将100例行膝关节置换术后患者随机等分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上参与移动远程医疗多媒体系统，比较1个月后两组患者膝关节 HSS评分、稳定性、术后并发症和满意度评分情况。结果：观察组患者术后的膝关节HSS疼痛评分、功能评分、肌力评分、活动度评分、屈膝畸形评分、稳定性、满意度评分均高于对照组（P＜0．05），并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：远程医疗多媒体系统在膝关节置换术后的临床护理与康复中实现了与上级医院医护人员实时交流与查房，医疗资源共享，有助于调动患者康复锻炼的积极性，从而提高康复效果。
목적：탐토원정의료다매체계통재슬관절치환술후환자중적응용효과。방법：장100례행슬관절치환술후환자수궤등분위관찰조여대조조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상삼여이동원정의료다매체계통，비교1개월후량조환자슬관절 HSS평분、은정성、술후병발증화만의도평분정황。결과：관찰조환자술후적슬관절HSS동통평분、공능평분、기력평분、활동도평분、굴슬기형평분、은정성、만의도평분균고우대조조（P＜0．05），병발증발생솔저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：원정의료다매체계통재슬관절치환술후적림상호리여강복중실현료여상급의원의호인원실시교류여사방，의료자원공향，유조우조동환자강복단련적적겁성，종이제고강복효과。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of telemedicine multimedia system used in rehabilitation and nursing care of patients with knee arthro-plasty.Methods: After total knee arthroplasty one hundred patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group were provided with routine nursing care,while the observation group was provided with both routine care and telemedicine medical multimedia system .After one month HSS scores of knee joint,complications and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group,HSS pain score,function score,muscle score,activity score,flexion deformity score and satisfaction scores were all higher than the control group(P<0.05) and the complications rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For clinical nursing and rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty telemedicine multimedia system is proven to be effective in real time communication and daily ward rounds with doctors and nurses in the superior hospital ward .Telemedicine multimedia system also helps in sharing of medical information and mobilizing the enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise in patients ,therefore the rehabilitation effects are improved.
