针对磨削加工环境影响的客观评价问题,提出一种具有自我学习能力的综合评价方法。首先采用减法聚类初始聚类中心并确定聚类数,然后建立基于自适应神经模糊推理的评价模型,并应用模糊C均值与最小均方的混合算法对评价模型的参数进行优化修正。最后以凸轮轴工件的磨削加工为例,通过仿真试验进行检测,结果表明该方法具有良好的有效性和实用性。

Aimed at the objective evaluation of environmental impact of grinding, a synthetic evaluation method with self?learning ability was proposed.The clustering center was initialized and the cluster number was determined by the sub?tractive clustering,and the evaluation model based on adaptive neural?fuzzy inference system was established.The parame?ters of the evaluation model were optimized and modified with the hybrid algorithm of fuzzy C?means algorithm and least mean square algorithm.The simulated test for the camshaft grinding was conducted.The results show that this method has good validity and practicability.
