为研发车用燃料电池动力系统,对国产与国外主要车企产品进行对比。存在主要差距有:1)国产燃料电池动力系统的输出功率和效率偏低;2)电堆功率密度不高;3)空压机的开发不足。因而,国产化燃料电池动力系统的研发方向包括:提高燃料电池的功率输出和空压机的性能,使燃料电池动力系统工作在高效区,以提高整车性能;改进操作条件和材料,提高电堆电池反应面积和单位面积上的电压,以提高电堆功率密度;实现空压机的低载低压和高载高压,扩展空压机的喘振线范围,以实现高速高效。
為研髮車用燃料電池動力繫統,對國產與國外主要車企產品進行對比。存在主要差距有:1)國產燃料電池動力繫統的輸齣功率和效率偏低;2)電堆功率密度不高;3)空壓機的開髮不足。因而,國產化燃料電池動力繫統的研髮方嚮包括:提高燃料電池的功率輸齣和空壓機的性能,使燃料電池動力繫統工作在高效區,以提高整車性能;改進操作條件和材料,提高電堆電池反應麵積和單位麵積上的電壓,以提高電堆功率密度;實現空壓機的低載低壓和高載高壓,擴展空壓機的喘振線範圍,以實現高速高效。

The fuel cel stacks from domestic suppliers and international suppliers were compared to develop a durable and reliable fuel cel system for domestic fuel cel car. The main disadvantages of the fuel cel system from domestic suppliers were summarized as folowing: 1) fuel cel system having lower output power with lower efifciency; 2) Fuel cel stack having lower power density; and 3) Air compressor development lag behind. Therefore, research and development work for domestic fuel cel system should be focused on the folowing aspects: 1) to enhance the fuel cel stack power output and the performance of the air compressor to greatly improve vehicle performances by operating the fuel cel system in the high efifciency area; 2) to optimize the system operation condition and the material properties of key components to greatly improve the stack power density; 3) to realize operating air compressor under low pressure for low power output, and high pressure for high power output; 4) to elevate the air compressor surge line to operate the air compressor with high efifciency and high rotation speed.
