目的：观察同种异体睑板联合自体睑板结膜瓣在修复眼睑缺损的效果。方法回顾性分析31例眼睑肿瘤切除术后全层眼睑缺损患者的病例资料，后层缺损联合采用异体睑板和睑板结膜瓣进行修复，前层缺损采用滑行或旋转皮瓣进行修复，随访6个月至2年。结果术后所有患者眼睑形态及功能恢复良好，睑裂基本对称，眼睑活动好，无排异反应，无上睑下垂及下睑退缩等并发症出现。结论异体睑板具有良好的形态稳定性，无排异反应，联合睑板结膜瓣修复眼睑缺损效果确切。
목적：관찰동충이체검판연합자체검판결막판재수복안검결손적효과。방법회고성분석31례안검종류절제술후전층안검결손환자적병례자료，후층결손연합채용이체검판화검판결막판진행수복，전층결손채용활행혹선전피판진행수복，수방6개월지2년。결과술후소유환자안검형태급공능회복량호，검렬기본대칭，안검활동호，무배이반응，무상검하수급하검퇴축등병발증출현。결론이체검판구유량호적형태은정성，무배이반응，연합검판결막판수복안검결손효과학절。
ObjectiveTo study the use of allogeneic tasal plate associating with autologous tarso conjunctival flapinstead of tarsus and clinical effects in repairing tarsus defect.MethodsThis was a retrospective analysis of eyelid defects reconstruction in 31 patients with eyelid defect following the excision of the eyelid tumors. All eyelid defects were restored with allogeneic tasal plate associating with autologous tarso conjunctival flap as the posterior layer of the eyelid and rooted musculocutaneous flap as the anterior layer of the eyelid, followed up from six months to two years.ResultsAll reconstructed eyelids showed a satisfactory appearance with favourable function, without rejection reaction, deformities, entropion and ectropion. Allogeneic tasal plate slices transplanted in met no absorption or shift. ConclusionAllogeneic tasal plate associating with autologous tarso conjunctival flap was an ideal tarsus substitute, which possessed satisfactory state of stability with definite and good outcome in repairing eyelid defects.
