理论上研究了非对称Gaussian限制势CsI量子阱中强耦合极化子的性质,采用线性组合算符和LLP变换方法导出了非对称Gaussian限制势量子阱中强耦合极化子的振动频率和平均声子数与非对称Gaussian受限势量子阱的势垒高度和非对称Gaussian受限势的范围的关系。通过数值计算,结果表明极化子振动频率和声子平均数是Gaussian受限势的范围的减函数,而它们是量子阱的势垒高度的增函数。
理論上研究瞭非對稱Gaussian限製勢CsI量子阱中彊耦閤極化子的性質,採用線性組閤算符和LLP變換方法導齣瞭非對稱Gaussian限製勢量子阱中彊耦閤極化子的振動頻率和平均聲子數與非對稱Gaussian受限勢量子阱的勢壘高度和非對稱Gaussian受限勢的範圍的關繫。通過數值計算,結果錶明極化子振動頻率和聲子平均數是Gaussian受限勢的範圍的減函數,而它們是量子阱的勢壘高度的增函數。

The properties of strong-coupling polaron in an asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential CsI quan-tum well are theoretically studied. The relations of the polaron’s vibrational frequency and the mean number of pho-nons on the barrier height of the quantum well and the range of the Gaussian confinement potential are derived by us-ing the linear combination operator and LLP transformation methods. The numerical results indicated that the polar-on’s vibrational frequency and the mean number of phonons are a decreasing function of the range of the Gaussian confinement potential, whereas they are an increasing one of the barrier height of the quantum well.
