HRB400热轧带肋钢筋是建筑行业常用的钢材之一,某钢厂生产的 HRB400热轧带肋钢筋在工地弯曲加工时发生断裂现象。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、断口扫描电镜分析以及拉伸试验、弯曲试验等方法,分析了该钢筋弯曲加工断裂原因。结果表明:弯曲加工过程中弯心直径过小和成分偏析引起的马氏体异常组织,是导致该 HRB400热轧带肋钢筋弯曲加工断裂的主要原因。
HRB400熱軋帶肋鋼觔是建築行業常用的鋼材之一,某鋼廠生產的 HRB400熱軋帶肋鋼觔在工地彎麯加工時髮生斷裂現象。通過化學成分分析、金相檢驗、斷口掃描電鏡分析以及拉伸試驗、彎麯試驗等方法,分析瞭該鋼觔彎麯加工斷裂原因。結果錶明:彎麯加工過程中彎心直徑過小和成分偏析引起的馬氏體異常組織,是導緻該 HRB400熱軋帶肋鋼觔彎麯加工斷裂的主要原因。

HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bar is one of the commonly used steels in construction industry.The HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars of an iron and steel plant fractured when they were bended at the job site,and the bending fracture reasons were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis,metallographic examination, fracture SEM analysis,tensile test and bending test.The results show that bending diameter being too small and martensite abnormal microstructure caused by composition segregation,were two main causes for the bending fracture of the HRB400 hot rolled ribbed bars.
