我们对湖南医药学院、益阳医学高等专科学校等10所医学类院校实验教师队伍调查发现，医学类院校实验室队伍存在总量不足，呈年轻化趋势，<45岁人员约占75%。硕士研究生及以上学历的实验教师比例偏低，仅占8%左右。实验教师队伍本源率高，>70%为本校毕业生。职称主要分布在初中级，缺乏高层次人才。实验教师评价、激励和管理制度不完善，实验教师队伍流动性较大。为促进医学类院校的健康发展，实验教师队伍建设需进一步增加实验教师总量，提高实验教师队伍的总体质量，构建发展平台抓好高层次实验教师队伍建设。
