采用行为面试方式作为基于胜任力的高职院校校长选任面试的主要方式,制定一套科学、完整和可行的方案是行为面试取得良好效果的保证,确定全局观念、战略思考、分析判断、行动力、公关力、创新意识、自信、成就导向八项要素为需要在行为面试环节中进行考察的胜任力要素,并据此设计对应的行为性问题及相应指标。

It is a guarantee for achieving good effect of interview for higher vocational-college presidential-appointment based on competence to adopt Behavioral Interview as the main way, and formulate a scientific, overall and feasible scheme. Besides, it is important to define 8 factors such as “overall perception”, “strategic thinking”, “analytical judgment”, etc. as the competence factors that should be inspected in behavioral interview, and design relevant behavioral questions and corresponding index based on that.
