随着计算机网络技术、现代通信技术和自动控制技术的不断完善，智能化建筑也就得到了迅速发展，智能化办公楼、学校、医院、公寓和建筑群将成为未来建筑发展趋势。本文通过总结智能建筑的概念内涵、发展历程、当前存在的问题，对未来智能建筑的发展趋势作了一些讨论，以期望具有一定的参考价值。

Along with the computer network technology,It has got rapid development,including modern communication technology and the continuous improvement of the automatic control technology.Intelligent building has got rapid development.Intelligent office buildings,schools,hospitals,apartments and buildings will become the future development trend of construction.In this paper,through summarizing the connotation of the concept of intelligent building,development course,the current existing problems,and for the future development trend of the intelligent building made some discussions,expecting to have a certain reference value.
