目的:探讨品管圈活动在迎接等级医院护理评审中的应用效果。方法:护理部组织护理人员学习品管圈的基本知识,成立品管圈组织,制定活动方案,通过自愿报名,选择22个试点小组,活动结束后制定标准化流程,在全院推广应用。结果:活动后住院患者口服药漏服率、静脉输液重穿率、食管癌术后肠内营养的腹泻率、电话随访空号错号率、住院患者坠床跌倒发生率、住院患者静脉炎发生率、压疮发生率均低于活动前(P<0.05),正确安排静脉输液顺序率、住院患者腕带使用的规范率均高于活动前(P<0.05)。活动后病区管理、住院患者护理质量、消毒隔离、急救药品及器械、护理病历得分均高于活动前(P<0.05)。活动后护士掌握了管理工具的使用,增强了护士解决问题、沟通协调能力和责任心,提高了护士的工作积极性和团队精神。结论:开展QCC活动在迎接等级医院复评工作中发挥了重要的作用,营造了护理质量持续改进的良性氛围,提高了护士的整体素质和团队的凝聚力,护理质量得到了持续改进,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토품관권활동재영접등급의원호리평심중적응용효과。방법:호리부조직호리인원학습품관권적기본지식,성립품관권조직,제정활동방안,통과자원보명,선택22개시점소조,활동결속후제정표준화류정,재전원추엄응용。결과:활동후주원환자구복약루복솔、정맥수액중천솔、식관암술후장내영양적복사솔、전화수방공호착호솔、주원환자추상질도발생솔、주원환자정맥염발생솔、압창발생솔균저우활동전(P<0.05),정학안배정맥수액순서솔、주원환자완대사용적규범솔균고우활동전(P<0.05)。활동후병구관리、주원환자호리질량、소독격리、급구약품급기계、호리병력득분균고우활동전(P<0.05)。활동후호사장악료관리공구적사용,증강료호사해결문제、구통협조능력화책임심,제고료호사적공작적겁성화단대정신。결론:개전QCC활동재영접등급의원복평공작중발휘료중요적작용,영조료호리질량지속개진적량성분위,제고료호사적정체소질화단대적응취력,호리질량득도료지속개진,치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the quality control circle activity in meeting the level of hospital nursing review .Methods:Nursing department had staffed to learn basic knowledge of quality control circle,established organization of the quality control circle organization.Through voluntary registration,we had selected 22 groups for making experiment that had made the standard process after the activities in hospital-wide application.Results:After the events in hospitalized patients miss a dose rate of oral medication, intravenous infusion heavy wear rate, postoperative enteral nutrition diarrhea rate,telephone fol-low-up rate of empty number wrong number, hospitalized patients falling out of bed the incidence of falls,inpatient incidence of phlebitis,pressure sores were lower than before treatment (P<0.05).The right to arrange the order of intravenous infusion rate, standardized rate of hospitalized patients was higher than before the event wristbands (P<0.05).After the event ward management,hospital patient care quality, disinfection and isolation,emergency medi-cines and equipment,medical care scores were higher than prior to the event (P<0.05).After the events of nurses mastered the use of management tools to enhance the nurse to solve the problem, communication skills and sense of responsibility, improve the nurses work motivation and teamwork.Conclusions:QCC activities carried out in the meeting played an important role in the hospital review and create benign atmosphere of continual improvement of the quali-ty of care,improves the overall quality of nursing and team cohesion,continuous improvement in the quality of nursing,and was worthy to widely application.
