在不同条件下对玉米秸秆进行碱预处理,研究了其对整个转化过程糖得率的影响,从而为木质纤维素预处理及酶水解的分形研究奠定了基础。研究结果表明,碱预处理提取液的固含量随碱浓的增大而上升,这可能是碱降解木质素所致,木糖得率整体呈上升趋势,不同条件预处理后底物的酶水解糖得率存在明显差异。以预处理提取液与酶水解液中总糖得率之和作为评价指标,通过正交试验设计,获得了本研究预处理条件范围内的优化结果为:温度70℃、碱浓15%、时间6 h 。极差分析三因素对预处理提取液及酶水解液中总糖得率影响的主次顺序为:碱浓>温度>时间。方差分析结果表明,碱浓对整个转化过程总糖得率具有显著影响,而温度和时间的影响则不显著。

Alkaline pretreatment was done on corn straw powder under different conditions . The impact on the total yield of reducing sugar is investigated ,which will lay foundation for the fractal characterization of lignocellulose pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis .Results show that the solid content in the filtrate is higher for higher alkaline concentration ,w hich maybe the cause of lignin degradation ,w hile the variation trend of xylose yield is increased . There is remarkable difference of sugars yield throughout the total process among different pretreatment conditions .Based on the orthogonal experimental design ,the optimum condition within the range of our experiments is alkali dosage 15% at 70 ℃ for 6 hours ,which is evalu‐ated by the total reducing sugar yield .Range analysis results show that the order in effects of total sugars yield is :alkali concentration>temperature>reaction time .The variance analysis indicates that alkali concentration has significant impact on the total sugars yield ,w hile tem‐perature and time are insignificant .
