教师的关怀行为是一种职业行为,具有关系性、连续性、具体性以及实践性等特征。这四大特征是教师关怀行为不可或缺的必备特征。教师关怀行为的关系性特征,是关怀行为的本质要求,突破了教育中的绝对权威和单一中心论;连续性特征是关怀教育成果的重要保证;具体性特征是教师关怀行为融入具体真实生活的必然选择;实践性特征是教师关怀行为由知识导向转向实践导向的前提条件。

Teachers'caring behavior is a kind of professional conduct , and has the characteristics of relation , continuity , con-creteness and practicality , which are the indispensable characteristics of teachers'caring behavior .Relation characteristic is the basic requirement of teachers'caring behavior , and goes beyond the absolute authority in education and the single center think -ing.Continuity is an important guarantee of the results of caring education , concreteness is the inevitably choice of teachers'care behavior integrating into specific real life whereas practicality is the precondition of transforming teachers 'care behavior from knowledge orientation to practical guidance .
