目的：探讨集体娱乐康复对老年卧床患者的负性情绪和康复依从性的影响。方法：2012年6月～2013年10月我科收治67例老年卧床患者，将2012年6月～2013年3月34例患者分作为对照组，2013年4～10月33例患者作为试验组。两组均按康复科常规进行药物治疗、运动治疗、作业治疗及理疗等康复措施，对照组由责任护士和治疗师采用一对一指导对患者进行康复训练，试验组在对照组基础上每周给予2次集体娱乐康复训练。比较两组老年卧床患者抑郁、焦虑的评分和康复的依从性。结果：试验组老年卧床患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，康复依从性高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：集体娱乐康复可有效改善老年卧床患者的负性情绪，提高老年卧床患者的康复依从性，值得在临床康复护理中推广。
목적：탐토집체오악강복대노년와상환자적부성정서화강복의종성적영향。방법：2012년6월～2013년10월아과수치67례노년와상환자，장2012년6월～2013년3월34례환자분작위대조조，2013년4～10월33례환자작위시험조。량조균안강복과상규진행약물치료、운동치료、작업치료급리료등강복조시，대조조유책임호사화치료사채용일대일지도대환자진행강복훈련，시험조재대조조기출상매주급여2차집체오악강복훈련。비교량조노년와상환자억욱、초필적평분화강복적의종성。결과：시험조노년와상환자적초필、억욱평분저우대조조，강복의종성고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：집체오악강복가유효개선노년와상환자적부성정서，제고노년와상환자적강복의종성，치득재림상강복호리중추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of collective cultural activities on negative emotion and rehabilitation compliance of elderly bedridden pa-tients.Methods:A total of 67 elderly bedridden patients were divided into control group(n=34) and experimental group(n=33) randomly.Two groups of patients were treated and cared by routine rehabilitation exercise and drug therapy .Patients in experimental group were given collective cultural activities twice weekly.The depression,anxiety and rehabilitation compliance of two groups were compared.Result:The depression,anxiety of experimental group were lower than control group.The rehabilitation compliance of experimental group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Collective cultural activities can reduce the elderly bedridden patient′s negative emotion and increase rehabilitation compliance.It is worth to use in clinical rehabilitation nursing .
