针对南京农业大学探索并实践的“专家落户到田”、“科技大篷车”、“双百工程”、“专家工作站”及“政产学研金用协同创新”等模式进行分析，阐述该校与时俱进，创新农技推广服务多模式与机制，提出在农业现代化等“四化同步”发展新要求下，高校要以农技推广机构为主导，与多元涉农主体相结合，创建农科教结合、教科推一体、产学研紧密融合机制的大学科技推广综合服务模式。
침대남경농업대학탐색병실천적“전가락호도전”、“과기대봉차”、“쌍백공정”、“전가공작참”급“정산학연금용협동창신”등모식진행분석，천술해교여시구진，창신농기추엄복무다모식여궤제，제출재농업현대화등“사화동보”발전신요구하，고교요이농기추엄궤구위주도，여다원섭농주체상결합，창건농과교결합、교과추일체、산학연긴밀융합궤제적대학과기추엄종합복무모식。
This article focuses and analyzes Nanjing Agricultural University’s exploration and practice of the agricultural extension pattern such as “Experts in Fields”,“Caravans of Science and Technology”,“Double Hundred Program”,“Ex-perts Workstation”,and it elaborates the multi -mode and mechanism of agriculture extension service,which is a result of this university’ s innovation.The article then comes up with the idea that under the new development requirements of‘Four Modernizations Synchronization’such as agricultural modernization,colleges and universities should place the agri-culture extension institution in the leading position,combining it with diversified agricultural subject,and finally create an integrated service mode of university technology and scientific extension which is carried out by agricultural university,R&D institution and extension agency together based on the technology and workers’quality development.
