对电机铁芯在冲剪加工过程中由于加工尺寸的减小而带来铁芯磁性能的恶化程度进行了量化,并进一步探讨了磁性能恶化的内部成因,包括宏观上冲剪面形貌的变化和内部织构的变化。结果表明:在制造电机铁芯时,需对铁芯齿部宽度小于15 mm 的样片进行消除应力退火。
對電機鐵芯在遲剪加工過程中由于加工呎吋的減小而帶來鐵芯磁性能的噁化程度進行瞭量化,併進一步探討瞭磁性能噁化的內部成因,包括宏觀上遲剪麵形貌的變化和內部織構的變化。結果錶明:在製造電機鐵芯時,需對鐵芯齒部寬度小于15 mm 的樣片進行消除應力退火。

The deterioration level of the magnetic properties of motor iron core due to its size reduction after punching was quantified.The internal causes for the magnetic property deterioration,including the changes of shearing surface and internal texture,were researched.The results show that during the manufacture of the iron cores,stress relief annealing should be done when the width of core tooth is less than 1 5 mm.
