为了研究长期服役后锅炉高温炉管沿着壁厚方向的力学性能变化情况,以服役超过105 h的末级过热器管(材料102钢)为研究对象,采用深度-敏感压痕(DSI)测试技术得到一组沿试样壁厚方向的硬度、压痕残余深度和压痕塑性功3个力学参量,并引用 Dao M 等人提出的方法计算得到了屈服强度,定量揭示了高温炉管沿着壁厚方向屈服强度的变化规律。
為瞭研究長期服役後鍋爐高溫爐管沿著壁厚方嚮的力學性能變化情況,以服役超過105 h的末級過熱器管(材料102鋼)為研究對象,採用深度-敏感壓痕(DSI)測試技術得到一組沿試樣壁厚方嚮的硬度、壓痕殘餘深度和壓痕塑性功3箇力學參量,併引用 Dao M 等人提齣的方法計算得到瞭屈服彊度,定量揭示瞭高溫爐管沿著壁厚方嚮屈服彊度的變化規律。

In order to identify the change of mechanical properties along the wall thickness of long-years-served boiler tubes,a group of 3-parameter data including micro area hardness,indentation remaining depth and plastic work along the wall thickness of a finishing superheater tube which had serviced for 10 5 h,were obtained by depth-sensing indentation (DSI)testing technology.Then by introducing M Dao’s method,the yield strength of certain area was deduced.So the strength change trend along the tube wall thickness could be revealed quantitatively.
