[目的]探讨学科整合式以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在涉外护理专业本科生中的应用。[方法]选择2013级涉外护理专业2个班学生为研究对象,采取便利抽样,一班(28人)为观察组,采取学科整合式 PBL教学法,二班(30人)为对照组,采取传统教学方式。学期末,比较两组学生临床综合能力考核成绩、对不同教学模式的满意度。[结果]观察组学生临床综合能力考核成绩、对不同教学模式的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]学科整合式PBL课程有助于提高学生临床综合能力及教学满意度,效果优于传统的教学课程。

Objective:To discuss the application of discipline integrated problem based learning (PBL)teaching method in graduates of foreign nursing maj or.Methods:Using a convenience sampling method,the foreign nursing students from two classes were selected.To take disciplinary integrated PBL pedagogy in class one(n=28)as the observation group,and take traditional teaching methods in class two(n=30)as the control group. The clinical comprehensive ability test scores and satisfaction of different teaching modes were compared at the end of the semester.Results:The students'clinical comprehensive ability test scores and satisfaction of various teaching models in observation group were higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Discipline integrated PBL curriculum can improve students'clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction of teaching,and the teaching effective is better than the traditional teaching curriculum.
