大学国际化建设过程中面临不确定因素较多，这给国际化目标的实现带来了较大风险。结合我国大学国际化的内涵，从战略管理的角度构建大学国际化风险指标体系；通过利用层次分析法建立风险评价模型；通过案例分析计算出各指标的相对权重并进行排序，由此确定大学国际化风险的等级程度，为大学国际化的风险管理提供依据。

There were many uncertain factors in the process of constructing university internationalization,which had brought severe risks to achieving the goal of internationalization.With the connotation of university internationalization,the paper built an index system of university internationalization risks from the perspective of strategic management.Then the paper used analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to establish a risk assessment model.Based on the case analysis,it calculat-ed the relative weight of every index and sorting,determined the risk level of university internationalization.All of these provided the basis for the risk management of university internationalization.
