实践教学是应用型大学专业教学过程的重要环节。通过对南京师范大学泰州学院行政管理专业实践教学的个案分析发现,当前应用型大学专业实践教学还存在四大现实困境,包括认知困境、规划困境、保障困境和管理困境。需要专业教育者和管理者重视实践教学、推动实践教学体系建设、改善实践教学条件、规范实践教学管理制度,从而优化实践教学以提升应用型大学专业教育效能和水平。

The practice teaching is an important part of the professional education process in application-oriented university. By analyzing the case of administrative management major in Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University, it can be found that there are four practical difficulties in the current professional practice teaching, including epistemic difficulties, planning difficulties, security and management difficulties. Professional educators and administrators should attach importance to the work of practice teaching, promote the construction of practical teaching system, improve the conditions of practice teaching, and standardize the system of practice teaching management, so as to optimize the practice teaching to improve the effect and level of professional education of application-oriented university.
