文章对玻璃纤维与针叶木纤维配抄的原纸采用三种不同上胶方式,即浸渍法,真空抽吸法和浸渍与真空抽吸相结合的方式添加粘结剂和阻燃剂,通过考察成纸的厚度、抗张强度和阻燃等级等指标确定较佳的原纸上胶工艺以及较好的胶料配方.结果表明:真空抽吸和浸渍法相结合的上胶方式是制备黑色吸音阻燃纸的最佳上胶方式,其中粘结剂和阻燃剂的浓度比为5:3时,成纸阻燃性能保持在1级阻燃,定量为50.83 g/m2,抗张强度最大,可达20.92 N/15 mm .

This paper discussed the paper properties that using three different ways ,impregna‐tion method ,vacuum suction method and impregnation with vacuum suction method ,to at‐tach the adhesive and flame retardant to the base paper made from glass fiber and coniferous wood fiber .By mearsuring the basis weight ,tensile strength and flame retardant grade inde‐xes of the finished paper ,the preferred recipe of the impregnating solution and the impregna‐tion process can be determined .The results obtained are as follows :the impregnation with vacuum suction method is the best way for making the sound absorption and flame retardant paper .w hen the proportion of adhesive and flame retardant is 5∶3 ,the paper flame retardant grade reached 1 level ,basis weight is 50 .83 g/m2 ,the tensile strength is the biggest ,can be reach to 20 .92 N/15 mm.
