在上料拉钢台架系统中，有电机、链条、链轮、传动轴等多种机械传动部件。但是，在这些传动部件当中，又以传动轴的受力最为复杂，工作环境最为恶劣。所以，采用ANSYS软件对该系统中的典型零部件“轴”进行分析。在该系统的四段主传动轴中，又以“轴I”的受力最大，如果强度不足的话，会首先受到破坏。因此，本文对上料拉钢台架系统的“轴I”的受力和应力分布进行有限元分析。
재상료랍강태가계통중，유전궤、련조、련륜、전동축등다충궤계전동부건。단시，재저사전동부건당중，우이전동축적수력최위복잡，공작배경최위악렬。소이，채용ANSYS연건대해계통중적전형령부건“축”진행분석。재해계통적사단주전동축중，우이“축I”적수력최대，여과강도불족적화，회수선수도파배。인차，본문대상료랍강태가계통적“축I”적수력화응력분포진행유한원분석。
In the steel frame system, there are many kinds of mechanical transmission parts,such as motor, chain, sprocket,transmission shaft and so on.However,in these transmission parts,and the transmission shaft of the most complex,the working environment is the most severe.So,the typical parts of the system are analyzed by ANSYS software.In the system of the four main drive shaft,and the "axis I" the maximum force,if the intensity of the words,will be the first to be destroyed. Therefore,this paper carries on the finite element analysis on the stress and stress distribution of the "axis I" of the steel frame system.
