近几年来，由于机电设备管理不到位而引发的煤矿事故不断增多。因此，进行煤矿机电设备管理的研究十分必要。本文将结合作者多年工作经验，从煤矿机电设备管理的现状入手，提出加强对机电设备管理的重视、完善机电设备管理制度、提高管理人员的专业素养水平、加强对机电设备的检修工作以及重视机电设备的更新改造等对策。通过实施上述策略，可以实现提高煤矿机电设备管理水平的目标，进而减少因机电设备管理而导致的煤矿事故。
